as this will take you to the wrong farm. Please follow the directions below:

Exit Junction 40 of the M6 at Penrith and travel west on the A66 towards Keswick and Cockermouth.
About 2 miles past Keswick turn left onto the B5292 and continue on this road through Braithwaite, over Whinlatter Pass (which is a forest road) to Lorton.
At this stage it is best to switch your Sat Nav OFF as it will take you down to a very narrow gated lane to another property about 4 fields away.
Follow the B5292 until you reach a T Junction (you will have left the village of Lorton behind you). Turn left to Low Lorton (B5289) and stay on that road until you come to New House Farm, 3 miles down the valley in the direction of Loweswater and Buttermere.
New House Farm is on the left hand side with either a St George Flag or a Cumberland Flag flying. There is a big sign saying New House Farm.
